We collect information you provide directly: your name, contact information, employment history, financial information, government-issued ID, and any other details required to evaluate a rental application or respond to a tour or general inquiry. When you visit our site we also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) and use cookies to remember saved searches and improve site performance.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to evaluate rental applications, communicate with you about properties and services, process rent payments and maintenance requests, comply with Massachusetts fair-housing and adverse-action laws, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.
How we share information
We share information with screening service providers, with our maintenance partner Charles River Trades for work orders, with property owners when you apply to one of their listings, with our payment processor for rent collection, and as required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties for their marketing.
Your rights
You have the right to access the information we hold about you, request corrections, and request deletion subject to legal retention requirements (typically seven years for application and tenancy records under Massachusetts law).
